Check-in / Check-out:
Check-in time is between 4 pm - 10 pm
Check-out time is noon. We try to be flexible.

Online requests:
Before you start a request, be sure to check the availability of the rooms. Please use then our online request form. There you have also a text field for remarks. After you send the request form you'll receive an answer mail with in 24 hours. After that you'll be able to decide if you want to stay with us or not.

Payment option "CASH":
The total amount is due upon Check-In. You can pay either in CHF or in EUR (exchange rate of the day of arrival).

Cancellation with "CASH" payment:
If you want to cancel your reservation, please let us know as soon as possible. There's no cancellation fee. If you need to shorten your stay on arrival or during your stay, a handling fee of CHF 20.- will be charged.

Payment option "Invoice / Bank Transfer / PayPal":
Reservations must be paid in full no later than 14 days before your arrival.

Cancellation with "Invoice / Bank Transfer / PayPal":
Up to 3 days before arrival, the amount, minus a processing fee of CHF 20.- will be refunded. Thereafter, the amount minus the cost of one night will be refunded.

Special Conditions "Basel World" and "Art Basel":
During the watch and jewelery fair "Baselworld" and the "Art Basel" the Reservation must be paid in full no later than 1 month befor your arrival. In case of cancellation no money will be refunded.
Due to the small size of our property, the limited number of rooms, and the destination nature of our business it is necessary that we strictly enforce our cancellation policy. If there is a chance you might cancel within 1 month of arrival we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
